Morpeth has so many amazing markets taking place over the coming months. Morpeth Markets are a staple to the area and well worth the visit if you are here for a day trip! They serve everything from freshly made bread, to tasty brownies and cakes. The coming months are also welcoming new markets that will feature small business traders in the area selling gift items, crafts and homemade goods.
Morpeth Markets is made up of the Weekly Wednesday Market, Farmers Market, Street Food Market and the new Makers Market.
The Farmers Market includes a range of local producers and traders from across Northumberland and the Northeast. Frequent monthly traders include Geordie Bangers, Bread and Roses, The Honey Store, Ridley’s Fish and Game, Murphy’s Kitchen and Moorehouse Farm.
The monthly Farmers Market continues the first Saturday of the month with the below dates confirmed:

– Saturday 4th June
– Saturday 2nd July
– Saturday 6th August
The Morpeth Street Food Market focuses on offering a mix of street food cuisine with only 4-5 traders set up at each market.
Morpeth Street Food Market is also returning in 2022 with the below dates confirmed:

– Saturday 25th June
– Saturday 27th August
Morpeth Markets new market for 2022 is the Makers Market. Morpeth Makers Market will show the very best in Northeast craft and home-making traders including everything from jewellery to homeware.
